How do I register for a Public Seminar?

Registration for a Public Seminar can be done via the Heavy Lift Specialist website. All the available seminars are listed here. Select the number of days you wish to attend and your order will be added to ‘your cart’. After checkout you will receive an e-mail regarding your order. At Heavy Lift Specialist we try to send you the invoice as soon as possible depending on your selected payment. Once the invoice is paid, your registration is confirmed.

I want to organize an In-Company Seminar

Heavy Lift Specialist organizes (tailor-made) in-company seminars. In-company seminars take place at a venue of your choice, usually at or near your company’s facilities, with the delegates from your company, on a date and time fitting your schedule.

Requesting a quotation can be done via the website or send an e-mail with your request to info@heavyliftspecialist.com.

What are the payment methods?

On the Heavy Lift Specialist website we accept a broad range of payment methods:

  • Direct Bank Transfer (transfer your purchase manually with your personal bank account)

How do I pay my purchase manually through my personal bank?

When you confirm your order by using Direct Bank Transfer, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice for completing your order. You can transfer your total purchase amount towards:

I did not receive a confirmation email?

If you haven’t received a confirmation e-mail a few minutes after your purchase, the following could have gone wrong:

  • You provider possibly scans our mailings as spam and has moved it to the spambox;
  • There is a typing error in your e-mail address.

Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order in writing free of charge during the reflection period of five calendar days, unless the purchase has been concluded within six weeks before the start of a seminar.

Seminar Hours

Public seminars take place during weekdays. The program is from 08:30 till 17:00 hrs.

Which materials are required for the seminar?

We kindly ask you to bring a calculator and a ruler. Everything else you will need during the seminar will be provided by Heavy Lift Specialist.

Which hotels are located near the venue of the seminar?

The seminar will take place at the Rotterdam Science Tower. The address details can be found on the Contact page. You can travel to the location by using public transportation (tram, bus or metro) or by car. If you have booked a hotel in the city center, the distance to the location of the seminar is about 10-15 minutes long.

Heavy Lift Specialist is not responsible for travel and accommodation of the seminar participants.

Parking

The Rotterdam Science Tower has free parking space. The garage is accessible via the Tjalklaan and the Marconistaat (you should not take the Schiedamseweg).

Directly next to the Science Tower, there is the “Europoint” parking garage and you can enter the “Rotterdam Science Tower” entrance. Please, ring the bell at the parking gate and give your name and the reason you are visiting.
